What personal data do we process?

We process your data in the following contexts: when you navigate our website, when you contact us either by e-mail or through the contact forms, or when information included in the website is sent to us.

While browsing our website, we may process the following categories of personal data:

– Identification and browsing data (name, surname/s, e-mail, IP address, etc.)

These personal data will always be obtained either directly from the interested party or through our cookies.

 

What is the purpose of processing your data?

We hereby inform you that ITI processes your data with the aim of providing you with information about the subject of the entity’s work, its activities, as well as new developments, research and services.

Your data will be stored for the period of time necessary to maintain the relationship with ITI and, once this has terminated, for a maximum of 5 years. For navigation data, the maximum storage period will be 1 year from the time they were collected.

In some cases, we may send you newsletters in the legitimate interest of ITI, with the aim of informing you about the entity’s activities and promoting them. In such cases, the user will always have the means to object to receiving these commercial communications.

Will we share your data with third parties?

  1. a) We will not share your data with third parties under any circumstances. If such disclosure is necessary, we will first ask for your express, informed consent.

 

Will we transfer your data outside the European Economic Area?

During the processing of your data, it is possible that we will use software which originates or uses servers outside the European Economic Area, specifically, in the United States or in countries which offer a satisfactory level of protection.

In those cases, we will ensure that we work with providers who guarantee compliance with the applicable European standards and legislation on data protection and, specifically, with the GDPR (EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679).
